Lets get started by defining Private Label Reseller Rights.
Private Label Reseller Rights : With Private Label Reseller Rights you can update the product any so that it appears to have been created by you. You can usually change links in the product to your links and add your own graphics, logo or name to the product.
Althought private label reseller rights allow you to make the product look like your very own product , you do not actually own the copyright to it and must still adhere to the conditions associated with the product.
For ebooks, private label reseller rights usually allow you to edit the content howevwer you want or use the content in other ways. The only restriction is that you are not usually permitted to claim copyrights to the resulting product.

This means you can resell the product and keep all the profits from the sale. You can pass on the resale rights to your customers. Your customers do not have the right to resell the product.
When you sell a reseller rights product, you are generally responsible for support as well. Support such as, hosting, tech support and customer complaints. After all you are making 100% profit from your sales.

This means you can sell the product keep all the profits and allow your customers to resell it as well.

Additional Restrictions On Reseller Rights
As well as different types of rights, some products have restrictions placed on them, limiting the ways in whiched they may be distributed.
The most common restrictions are not allowing the product to be given away for free, not allow it to be sold from auction sites, not allowing it to be used as bonus, not allowing it to be used in packages and not allowing it to be included in membership sites.
As a general rule if an author of a product did not state it can be given away free, it generally means that the author did not intend that it should be given away, even when there many products are products with Full Master Reseller Rights are given away by people, even when they should not be.
The only way to be absolutly sure is to contact the original author of the product and request permission before using it any certain way.
